Kim is the owner of Simfit, (aka. Simply Fit, Inc.).  She holds a Bachelors degree in Kineseology from the University of Maryland, as well as numerous certifications over the last 20+ years in the fitness industry, including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Spinning, TRX, Pilates for Breast Cancer, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Cardio Kickbox, and IM=X Pilates.

Kim is also Precision Nutrition Certified and has created the Nutritional Councling and Macro-calculation program for Simfit. 

Kim has been involved in many aspects of the fitness industry, from Personal Training, Class Instruction, Management and Business Ownership, in New York, NY, London, England and Long Island, NY.

Kenny's passion for fitness began as a young sports enthusiast.  as a collegiate soccer player, kenny learned various workout techniques to keep his body strong, limber and injury-free. over time, he developed numerous strength training programs.. 

after spending many years helping friends and family find their comfort zone and reach their peak in the gym, he decided to join kim in taking simfit to the next level, as well as becoming a certified personal trainer.

kenny specializes in helping clients maintain strength and stay fit as they get older, and has helped develop simfit's 'fit over 40' signature program.

"My training philosophy is similar to building a snowman. There are 3 layers to a snowman.  There should be 3 goals in mind when starting a training program: short term goals, the middle ground, and long term goals. Win with small accomplishments.  Stay consistent with your program, even if it’s only 15-20 minutes a day, because life can be crazy. The momentum those small accomplishments build propel you towards success in your larger visions."
